We’ll need to know a few things in order to assist with towing services. For example, we would need your name, phone number, the vehicle’s location, destination for drop-off, the make, model, year, colour, license plate number and how you will be paying.

If my vehicle has been impounded, how do I get it back?

If your vehicle has been impounded for 30 days or more, you will need to go to an ICBC drivers services location and get a release form before coming to pick it up. ICBC will fax the form over to us and authorize your vehicle's release.

For any other impounds, you simply need to come to our yard, show your identification, pay for any towing and/or storage costs and you’re good to go.
